Our development process includes options such as pairing existing outsoles with new uppers, recoloring established models, upgrading functional structures, and creating entirely new sole molds. Design file formats can be discussed during consultation.

We focus on key quality indicators such as size consistency between left and right shoes, stitching quality, sole bonding, color uniformity, absence of foreign objects inside the shoe, trimming of excess material (burrs), Velcro security, tensile strength, insole placement, and overall cleanliness. For children's shoes, safety priorities include preventing small parts from detaching, eliminating sharp edges, managing lace/strap lengths, ensuring chemical safety of materials, and guaranteeing sole slip resistance. Exports undergo testing based on the standards of the target country and the client. Our production facility is equipped with material testing equipment, and finished product inspections cover abrasion resistance, slip resistance, structural integrity, and appearance.
